Return and Refund Policy

IN CASE OF DAMAGE INTRANSIT

Please note that upon sale of an item, it can only be returned or exchanged if the product gets damaged in transit. To initiate the exchange process, the customer must drop a mail within 3 days of delivery. Team  will then proceed to have the item retrieved at no extra cost to the customer and will issue them a credit note which can be redeemed for any of the products on our website.


We take utmost care while packaging products for shipping. However, if the product is found to be damaged while undergoing shipping, we take full responsibility for replacing it. Please note that it is subject to the recipient mailing us with a picture to verify damages within 3 days of delivery. Team  will then look into the damages and confirm the exchange.

Once the damaged item is retrieved from your doorstep with your approval, we will send a replacement product. If the product is currently unavailable for shipment, we will issue the customer a credit note or initiate a refund as per the customer request. This credit note has no expiry but there will be no monetary refund in such cases. If found that the damage has not occurred while shipping and it is obvious the jewelry has broken during the trial, we are not liable to exchange it. It is up to the discretion of Team  to approve the exchange. Rest assured, any anomalies or damages on our part will be dealt with.

In case of returns, the recipient is again to mail us a picture of the product so as to verify that it has been damaged (within 3 days of delivery). Following this, we will look into the request if the return is approved. We will issue the credit note.

 IN CASE OF FITTING OR ANY OTHER ISSUE

  • STEPS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE (only valid for shipments delivered within India) :

    Please inform us within 3 days / 72 hours of receipt of order. You must email at support@crystalcharmes.com with live images of the product with original packaging and genuine reason for exchange.
  • Please mention your name, contact number, address and order number in the email.
  • The product should be shipped back to us the same / next day after confirmation of exchange, valid tracking details/docket ID should be provided for the same, with the dispatch date mentioned on it.
  • The product should be packed carefully in it's original packaging with all the related things that were received at the time of delivery along with the bubble wrap.
  • Shipping charges for the return has to be borne at the customer’s end.
  • Once the product is received at our head office. The product will undergo a quality check. A credit note will be issued, against which you can purchase something within 1 year of exchange.
  • Pls Note: The shipping charges for the new product picked in exchange would be free.
